Bread Machine White Rolls
Ingredients:
- 1 cup warm milk (110-115 degrees F)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
- In the bowl of a bread machine, add warm milk and sugar. Sprinkle yeast on top and let sit for 5-10 minutes, until frothy.
- Add melted butter and egg to the yeast mixture.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Add to the bread machine bowl.
- Set bread machine to dough setting and start. Let it run through the entire cycle. At the end of the cycle, the dough should have doubled in size.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Punch down the dough and divide into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and place on prepared baking sheet.
