Chicken Detox Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add in carrots and celery and cook for a few more minutes.
- Add in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add in cooked chicken and thyme and let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Enjoy!
Spaghetti and Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1 jar marinara sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, and Italian seasoning in a bowl and mix well.
- Roll the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions and drain.
- Heat up the marinara sauce in a separate pot.
- Serve the meatballs on top of the spaghetti and pour the marinara sauce over it.

Baked Taco Cups
Ingredients:
- 12 small tortillas
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place tortillas in a muffin tin, shaping them into cups.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet and add in the taco seasoning.
- Once cooked, add the black beans and corn to the skillet and mix well.
- Add the beef mixture to the tortilla cups.
- Top with shredded cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with some pico de gallo and sour cream if desired.
- Enjoy!
Baked Salmon
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon juice
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
- Serve with some rice and steamed vegetables.
