What you'll need:
- 1 cup Basmati Rice
- 1 lb Chicken, diced
- 1 Onion, diced
- 2 Tomatoes, chopped
- 2 Tbsp Garam Masala
- 1 Tbsp Turmeric
- 1 Tbsp Cumin
- 1 Tbsp Paprika
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- Fresh Cilantro, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook the Basmati rice according to package instructions, set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- Add the diced onion to the same pan and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add the garam masala, turmeric, cumin, and paprika to the pan and stir to combine.
- Return the chicken to the pan and stir to combine with the tomato mixture.
- Add the yogurt to the pan and stir to combine with the other ingredients.
- Cook until the sauce has thickened and the chicken is fully cooked, about 10-15 minutes.
- Serve the chicken curry over a bed of Basmati rice.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and enjoy!

What you'll need:
- 1 cup Rice
- 1/2 cup Toor Dal
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 Green Chilies, chopped
- 1/2 cup Carrots, chopped
- 1/2 cup Green Beans, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Urad Dal
- 1/2 tsp Curry Leaves
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the rice and set aside.
- In a separate pot, cook the Toor dal until it is soft and mushy, and set aside.
- In a pan, heat up the oil.
- Add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, and curry leaves and fry until the seeds start to pop.
- Add the onion and green chilies and fry until the onion is golden brown.
- Add the chopped tomato, carrots, and green beans and fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Add salt to taste.
- Mix the cooked dal into the vegetable mixture and cook for another 5 minutes to let the flavors blend.
- Serve with rice and enjoy!
