Proteinlicious Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup diced avocado
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, toss together the mixed salad greens, shredded rotisserie chicken, celery, red onion, cucumber, avocado, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, fresh lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

Instructions:
- In a large bowl, toss together the chopped romaine lettuce, chopped cucumber, chopped cherry tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, sliced black olives, and chopped fresh parsley.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, extra-virgin olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
