Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground sage
- 1/4 teaspoon ground thyme
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cooked, shredded turkey
- 1/2 cup cubed ham
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup frozen carrots and green beans (mixed)
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten with 1 tablespoon water
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Add flour and whisk to combine.
- Cook 1-2 minutes or until mixture is fragrant and golden brown.
- Slowly whisk in chicken broth, cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg, sage, and thyme.
- Cook, whisking occasionally, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese, turkey, ham, peas, and carrots and green beans.
- Pour mixture into an 8-inch baking dish and top with thawed puff pastry.
- Brush puff pastry with egg wash and bake for 20-25 minutes or until pastry is golden brown and mixture is heated through.

Fall Dinner Party Recipes
Ingredients:
- 1 large butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 8 cups mixed baby greens
- 1 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss butternut squash, 1/4 cup olive oil, salt, and pepper together on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 30-35 minutes or until tender and slightly caramelized.
- In a small bowl, whisk honey, apple cider vinegar, remaining olive oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and allspice together.
- In a large bowl, toss mixed baby greens with half of the dressing.
- Divide greens between plates and top with roasted butternut squash, crumbled goat cheese, and sliced almonds.
- Drizzle remaining dressing over the top and serve immediately.
