Ingredients:
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons yeast
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to bread machine pan in the order recommended by manufacturer.
- Select dough/manual cycle.
- Press start.
- When dough cycle ends, remove dough from machine to lightly floured surface.
- Punch down dough and shape into 16 balls.
- Place in greased 8-inch round or square baking pan.
- Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool on wire rack.
