Bread Machine Dinner Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons yeast

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to bread machine pan in the order recommended by manufacturer.
  2. Select dough/manual cycle.
  3. Press start.
  4. When dough cycle ends, remove dough from machine to lightly floured surface.
  5. Punch down dough and shape into 16 balls.
  6. Place in greased 8-inch round or square baking pan.
  7. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
  8. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  9. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool on wire rack.
