- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 1/4 cup of minced garlic

4. If using casings, you'll want to cook the sausage on a grill or in the oven. If grilling, heat your grill to medium-high heat, brush the sausage with a bit of oil, and grill for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through. If using an oven, preheat it to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, place the sausage on a baking sheet, and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
