Hold on tight to your salivary glands, because we're starting with a picture of what could be the best dish I've ever seen. This work of art is from the best restaurant in Monterey, and it's got my mouth watering just looking at it. The colors, the textures, the perfectly executed presentation... I can't even begin to imagine how amazing it tastes. I might have to book a flight to Monterey just for this dish.

Just when you thought it couldn't get any better, we've got another gem from one of the top restaurants around Monterey & Carmel. This dish is what dreams are made of - a perfect balance of flavors and textures, with a beautiful presentation to match. It's almost too pretty to eat. Almost. I'd be willing to bet this dish is worth every bite.
