Ingredients:
- 4 cups of water
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 1 cup of chopped mushrooms
- 1 cup of diced firm tofu
- 2 chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
Instructions:
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan
- Reduce heat to low and stir in 1 tbsp of miso paste until dissolved
- Add 1 cup of chopped mushrooms and 1 cup of diced firm tofu and let it simmer for 2 minutes
- Stir in 2 chopped green onions and 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- Remove from heat and let it cool for a minute before serving
Best Grilled Chicken Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 head of butter lettuce
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup of chopped red onion
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing
- In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper
- Arrange the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and red onion on a plate
- Top with the grilled chicken and drizzle with the dressing
