Ingredients:
- 1 cup boiled kala chana (black chickpeas)
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tomato finely chopped
- 1 green chili finely chopped
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
- Salt as per taste

- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

4. Shakarkandi (Sweet Potato) Chaat
Ingredients:
- 2 sweet potatoes boiled and peeled
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tomato finely chopped
- 1 green chili finely chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
- Salt as per taste
Instructions:
- Cut sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix well.
- Serve chilled.
5. Green Peas Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 cups green peas
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves chopped
- 1/2 inch ginger chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cups water
- Salt as per taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
Instructions:
- Heat butter in a pressure cooker.
- Add chopped ginger, garlic and onion.
- Saute on medium flame till they become translucent.
- Add green peas and saute for a minute.
- Add water, salt and black pepper powder.
- Pressure cook for three whistles.
- Let it cool and then puree it in a blender.
- Serve hot.
6. Carrot Halwa
Ingredients:
- 2 cups grated carrot
- 4 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
- 1/2 cup sugar or as per taste
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup chopped cashews
Instructions:
- Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan.
- Add grated carrot and saute on a low flame for 10-12 minutes.
- Add milk and cook till it gets absorbed.
- Add sugar and stir well.
- Keep stirring till the mixture becomes thick and dry.
- Add cardamom powder and cashews.
- Serve hot.
