- Mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until it's smooth.
- Stir in the whipped cream.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each muffin cup, filling them 3/4 of the way full.
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top of each cheesecake.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
