Baked Chicken with Tomatoes and Basil
Ingredients:

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
- In a medium bowl, toss together the cherry tomatoes, garlic, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the tomato mixture over the chicken breasts.

Recipe 2
Low Carb Turkey Meatloaf
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced green pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, onion, green pepper, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until cooked through.
- Let the meatloaf cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
