First Up: Baby's Six Month Schedule
Before we dive into solids, let's talk about your baby's six month schedule. At six months old, your baby should be getting the majority of their nutrition from breastmilk or formula. However, around this time, you can start introducing solid foods.
Here's a sample schedule to get you started:
- 6:00am - Wake up and breastmilk or formula
