Quick & Easy Creamy Herb Chicken
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken to skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side.
Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
