Stuffed Tomatoes
Ingredients:
- 6 medium-sized tomatoes
 - 1/3 cup cooked rice
 - 1/3 cup grated cheese
 - 1/3 cup chopped onion
 - 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
 - 1/3 cup chopped celery
 - 2 tbsp chopped parsley
 - 1/4 tsp salt
 - Pepper to taste
 
Instructions:
- Cut off the tops of the tomatoes and scoop out the pulp.
 - Mix the cooked rice, grated cheese, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, chopped celery, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper together.
 - Stuff the tomato shells with the mixture.
 - Bake the stuffed tomatoes at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.

- 1 lb ground pork
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 - 1 tsp sesame oil
 - 1/4 tsp salt
 - 1/4 tsp pepper
 - 1 egg, beaten
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1/4 cup cornstarch
 - Oil for frying
 
Instructions:
- Mix the ground pork, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper, beaten egg, and minced garlic together.
 - Shape the mixture into small balls.
 - Roll the meatballs in cornstarch to coat them evenly.
 - Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
 - Fry the meatballs until they are golden brown and cooked through.
 - Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
