Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Add flour and whisk to combine.
  4. Cook 1-2 minutes or until mixture is fragrant and golden brown.
  5. Slowly whisk in chicken broth, cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg, sage, and thyme.
  6. Cook, whisking occasionally, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese, turkey, ham, peas, and carrots and green beans.
  7. Pour mixture into an 8-inch baking dish and top with thawed puff pastry.

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 8 cups mixed baby greens
  • 1 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss butternut squash, 1/4 cup olive oil, salt, and pepper together on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast for 30-35 minutes or until tender and slightly caramelized.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk honey, apple cider vinegar, remaining olive oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and allspice together.
  5. In a large bowl, toss mixed baby greens with half of the dressing.
  6. Divide greens between plates and top with roasted butternut squash, crumbled goat cheese, and sliced almonds.
  7. Drizzle remaining dressing over the top and serve immediately.
