Easy Cheesy Baked Tortellini (With Meat Sauce)
Y'all already know I gotta have my cheese! This baked tortellini dish is a whole vibe with the meat sauce. Let's go!
Now, to make this dish, you'll need:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 jar of your favorite pasta sauce
- 1 package of frozen cheese tortellini
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- A pinch of salt and black pepper
First, preheat yo' oven to 375 degrees F. Then, cook yo' ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until it's fully browned. Drain any excess grease, then stir in yo' pasta sauce. Set it aside for now.
Cook yo' tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain the water and add the tortellini to the skillet with the meat sauce. Stir it up so everything is coated evenly.
Transfer the pasta mixture to an 8x8 baking dish. Top it with yo' shredded mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and the garlic and onion powders. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper. Cover yo' dish with foil.
Bake yo' tortellini for about 20 minutes. Then, remove the foil cover and let it bake for an additional 10 minutes so the cheese gets melty and bubbly. Take it out of the oven and let it cool for a minute or two before serving.

To make yo' bread bowls, cut a circle out of the top of each bread roll and hollow them out by removing some of the inside bread.
