Greetings fellow foodies! Today, I wanted to share with you two of my favorite bakeries in California. Both of these places have some of the yummiest treats and I just couldn't keep them to myself.
Cathy's Bakery - San Gabriel, CA
I recently discovered Cathy's Bakery in San Gabriel and I have to say, it's a hidden gem. The first thing that caught my attention was the variety of treats available. From cakes to pastries to breads, there's something for everyone.
But what really sets Cathy's Bakery apart is the quality of their baked goods. I tried their croissants and they were so flaky and buttery, it was like biting into a cloud. And their cakes are not only beautiful to look at, but also melt-in-your-mouth delicious.
The staff at Cathy's Bakery are also incredibly friendly and welcoming. I love going there and chatting with them while I enjoy my treats. It really feels like a neighborhood bakery.
Kiki Bakery
Kiki Bakery is another must-visit spot if you're a fan of baked goods. This Vietnamese bakery is located in San Gabriel and offers a unique twist on traditional treats.
The first thing that stood out to me at Kiki Bakery were their buns. They come in a variety of flavors such as pandan, taro, and sesame, and are the perfect combination of sweet and savory. And their egg tarts are also a must-try.
The staff at Kiki Bakery are also incredibly friendly and helpful. They're always happy to recommend something new to try, and are patient with anyone who has trouble deciding (which is always me).
Overall, I highly recommend checking out both Cathy's Bakery and Kiki Bakery if you're in the San Gabriel area. Your taste buds will thank you!
